ARTIST STATEMENT
bio
Utility is paramount in my investigation as an artist.  I strive to create functional objects that provide a fulfilling experience for the user through a paring of aesthetics and functional elements. I am interested in elevating functional pots from a purely utilitarian state to one that provides a heighten awareness of an object through the accumulation of day-to-day use and new discoveries.
